December 18, 2021 - Wreaths Across America
The Arrow of Light and Webelos dens participated in Wreaths Across America with Boy Scout Troop 735 at Calvary United Methodist. Our Scouts participated in the opening ceremony and assisted placing wreaths on the headstones of veterans at Calvary United Methodist.
November 17, 2021 - Pack Meeting
Our November pack meeting was outside with more skits, and we turned in Christmas Stockings full of donations for Shepherd's Staff. The meeting ended with "Capture the Flag," or "Capture the Orb" since the Scouts wore light-up wrist bands and attempted to snag the glowing orb from the other side. It was a lot of fun for the Scouts!
September 29, 2021 - Pack Meeting
We opened 2021 with a Pack Meeting and camp fire outside - everyone had a blast! Scouts received recognition for awards earned over the summer, performed skits, and Bob led us in some songs and "Repeat After Me's" around the camp fire. We ended the evening with Bob the Science Guy demonstrating how dry ice (-110 degrees) can make water "boil" and create pressure inside bottles. Learning can be fun! (Especially when there's a danger element!)
April 28, 2021 - Pack Meeting and Arrow of Light Bridging
We're glad we were able to hold a bridging ceremony for our Arrow of Light Den despite the unique year its been. We also honored Colleen for her years of service with the Pack, Brian and Eric for their family's shed donation and recognized the Pinewood Derby winners. It was a full pack meeting!
October 28, 2020 - Pack Meeting and Pumpkin Contest
Our October Pack Meeting included our annual pumpkin carving contest - winner's circle is below! We also heard from first responders and learned about a fire engine (and why it's different from a fire truck) and what it's like to be a policeman. Be sure to thank our first responders for their service and dedication!

January 29, 2020 - Pack Meeting
The January Pack Meeting featured cake to celebrate the birthday of Cub Scouting (February 8, 1910, is the specific date!) and a celebration involving carnival games planned and built by the Bear den. This worked out well - a Blue & Gold carnival celebration combined with the Bear den earning the Grin and Bear It adventure!
November 20, 2019 - Pack Meeting
This was a full pack meeting! We had a record number of Bobcat rank awards for one pack meeting - some smart Scouts have joined! We also awarded prizes to top sellers from our popcorn fundraiser. Top sellers received an additional award - pie in the face of two our den leaders! See here for a video that will haunt them forever! Congratulations to our top popcorn sellers!

January 14, 2019 - McDonald's Fund Raiser
Pack 150 dens volunteered in half hour time slots to take orders, carry trays and hold open doors at the Westminster McDonald's on Gorsuch Road. Our work did not go unrewarded - the pack gets to keep a percentage all sales for the evening. Hopefully not all the sales came from our scouts! Click any picture below for the full size picture.
January 7, 2019 - Cold Weather Talk
Last year's Arrow of Light den leader, Nelson Laur, is a skilled mountain climber and came back to visit Pack 150 to talk about dressing appropriately for very cold weather and gear that can be helpful. If anyone is interested in the hand-out Nelson provided at the talk, please see our Camping or Hiking resource pages to download it.
November 28, 2018 - Pack Meeting
The highlight of the November Pack meeting was learning how it feels to have various disabilities. Cub Scouts participated in several activities that impaired them in some fashion - blindfolding, switching hands, goggles smeared with vaseline, etc. The Pack learned just how difficult simple things can be and had fun at the same time!
October 24, 2018 - Pack Meeting
Our October 24 Pack Meeting was special for two reasons - first, it featured our annual pumpkin carving contest. Second, and even more special, there was an award ceremony for Tristin in the Arrow of Light Den.
Last year Tristin's family had a chimney fire. While his father battled the fire on the roof, Tristin bravely got his younger brother and sister outside the house to safety and then called 911. He was honored with an award for his bravery by the Baltimore Council BSA at the pack meeting.
